GO OUTSIDE :
Eat outside ,sit on balcony or sit in a local park and just breathe in the fresh air.
MUSIC :
Put on calming music to change our Emotions.music and singing reduces over whelm quickly.
GOOD FOOD:
Healthy food can lower inflammations in our body and less sugar can reduce feelings of
anxiety,agitation and feelings edgy.
JOURNALING :
Writing down or drawing our thoughts and worries can make feel less concering to
us.it can help us to make plan to change things.
LAUGH:
Laughter really is the best medicine .its contagious can reduce stress levels dramatically ,so
provide quick relief.
POSITIVE EXPOSTURE:
Watching inspirational and motivational movies or documentaries can help to
make us to see the positive things in life and make us feel more grateful for what we have.
BREATHE:
Focus attention on inhaling and exhaling .Do it standing,sitting or lying down .Each time
we breathe,we come back to the present moment.
MOVE:
Just moving our body can relieve feelings of overwhelms .Chucking on some tunes can do
wonder of the body ,brain and overall well being.
