 One Small Story ;


                               A girl studying in a school. that did'nt enjoy the school life.that girl life is  going like

 that.that's how school days end at one day. then she join a college. she regrets not being  able to enjoy

 school  days even after she goes to college. she think about the same think over and over again. at the

 same time she think  about the future . she is wasting her present life   thinking of everythingthat could

 have happend like this ,when it happend.that girl life going like this .one day her college days also end

 but she  could'nt achieve anything. what the reason she not achieve anything in her life?  the storngest

 reason is overthinking.


                                   thinking is good but too much thinking is a disease.



WHAT CAN I TELL YOU FROM THIS STORY?  in your past life you met a lot of problems .in future

 you are going to meet a  problems. in the present  you are still dealing with problem. in the past,

 present , future this include all  of the issue you have encounterd. you will be present in  the time or

 moment  .all your problems will be solved.



YOU DID'NT PRESENT AT THE TIME? 


                                                                           I mean you are in the illusion world ,you can't  take the

 right decision(in our life even a samll decisions gives a big changes) .again you are going think that

 problem  then automatically gone a illusion world.

 may be in past  ) but  that time we are in the present so we can solve that problem. our life past moment

 would come happiest jouney.

                                            past   = finshied project .


                                      present    = runing project .

                 

                                     Future      = going to do the project.


Above 3 projects are their our life, no matter any thing  happend or going to happen or  now you are

 facing any thing. that moment you presence of mind(present) is more important.did you present at that

 time,you don't need to worryabout your past,present and future life. 




HOW TO OVERCOME FROM OVERTHINKIG,  HERE SOME WAYS FOR YOU;

books etc...


                                                                           ❤   doing yoga is the best overcome from thinking  


                                                                            ❤    Hearing some songs.
