Our traditional teaching is that we should love others.Yes ,we should love others ,but at the same time
we should not neglect ourselves . Let us see what happens if we love others and fail to love ourselves .
It would be a disaster!
*We don't take care of our physique .if we don't eat nutritious food and do not do proper exercise ,we are
likely to lose our appearance ,and more importantly our health.
*We do not wear well-fitting clothes.when we don't wear well-fitting clothes,we may develop a
complex and lose confidence.
*We are not motivated for a superior achievements .if we lack motivation ,there is no possibility
of reaching the top.
*We have poor self-respect .our own image of ourself is vital for the desire to live ,we lose the desire to
live ,we lose our identity and pride .self-respect is crucial for our success.
*When we don't love ourselves ,others don't love us.people will take us for granted ,they may even
treat us as jokers.we will become a laughing stock and people can easily insult us.
*Insult,humiliation,rejection, and isolation can dilute concentration ,which are detrimental to the
development of a holistic human being.
So before loving someone else ,love yourself first.Before respecting others, you respect yourself first.
that is the only way of commanding respect from others.Every one of us is as good as anybody else.
our body, mind and our character are intimate to us .we are precious .whether you are tall ,dark and
handsome or not ,you are beautiful human being in the world .Let us eat nutritious food and do exercise
every day. Let us wear good clothes and make ourselves presentable.The healthy physique,right
posture ,well-fitting clothes and appropriate footwear enhance our appearance .Appearance is vital
for our confidence . Let us feel good about ourselves and our appearance .Let us celebrate our body.
